## Zapier + social media scheduling

Zapier connects Fuxux to the rest of your stack without writing a line of code. Publish a post the moment a Notion doc is marked ready, queue a caption from a Google Sheet, or get a Slack message the instant a post fails so nothing gets missed.

## When to use Zapier vs the dashboard

Use the Fuxux dashboard for visual calendar planning, media uploads, and AI captions. Use Zapier when publishing should be triggered by something happening somewhere else — a spreadsheet, a form, a CRM, an RSS feed — and you want it wired up once and left running.

## Zapier FAQ

### What can I trigger a Zap from?

Fuxux offers two triggers — New Published Post and New Failed Post — plus a Create Post action you can call from any Zap, using a Fuxux API key. See the setup guide for the full list.

### Do I need a paid plan?

Yes. Zapier authenticates the same way any other API client does, with a personal API key from Settings → API keys, which comes with every paid plan (Creator, Growth or Pro) at no extra cost.

### Is publishing instant?

Triggers check for new posts on Zapier's own schedule (typically every few minutes, depending on your Zapier plan) rather than firing the instant a post publishes. The Create Post action runs immediately when a Zap calls it.
