Fuxux Lets Creators Schedule Social Media Posts Straight From a Notion Content Calendar
A row set to “Ready” in Notion is published to X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Instagram and Pinterest, and the result is written back to the row. Available on Fuxux's free plan.
Spain, October 26, 2026. Fuxux, a social media scheduler for creators and small teams, has launched a Notion integration that turns a Notion table into a publishing queue. People who already plan their posts in Notion can now publish them without copying each caption into another tool.
How it works
- Connect Notion in Fuxux and share the content calendar page on Notion's own permission screen.
- Pick the table and the social accounts its rows may post to.
- In Notion, write the caption, choose networks in a Platforms column, set a date and time in Publish at, and set Status to Ready.
Fuxux checks the table every 15 minutes on paid plans and every hour on the free plan. Each Ready row is scheduled for its time and the row is updated in Notion: Scheduled with a link to the post, then Published, or Failed with the reason, such as a caption over X's character limit or an Instagram post without an image. A row is never posted twice.
Details
- Ten networks from Notion: X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Instagram and Pinterest. X is on paid plans.
- Up to four images per post from the row's Media column. Instagram and Pinterest posts need at least one.
- Times are used in the time zone they were written in.
- Fuxux only reads the pages a person shares with it, and only changes the status, link and note of rows it posted.
- A free Social Media Content Calendar template (calendar, board, table and this-week views) can be copied into Notion when connecting. The template and the integration have been submitted to Notion's Marketplace.
“A lot of creators plan their whole month in Notion and then spend an evening pasting captions into five apps,” said Alex, founder of Fuxux. “Now the Notion table is the queue. You mark a row Ready, and the post goes out on time with the result written back next to it.”
Availability
The Notion integration is available now to every Fuxux account, including the free plan, which includes 3 connected social accounts and 5 published posts a month with no card required. Paid plans start at $27 a month billed yearly. Setup guide: fuxux.com/notion.
