Fuxux for Notion

Schedule social media posts from your Notion content calendar

Keep planning in Notion. Every row you mark Ready is published to X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Instagram and Pinterest at the time you set, and the row updates itself to Published.

No card needed. Works with any Notion table that has the columns below.

Set up in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect Notion

In Fuxux, open Auto-posting and choose Notion. On Notion's own screen, share your content calendar page with Fuxux.

  2. 2

    Pick the table and accounts

Choose the table, then the accounts its rows may post to. Fuxux checks the columns and tells you if one is missing.

  3. 3

    Set rows to Ready

Write the caption, tick the networks, pick a time. When a row is Ready, Fuxux schedules it and writes the result back.

Fuxux only sees the pages you share with it, and only changes the status, link and note of rows it posted.

The columns Fuxux reads

Use your own content calendar: add these columns, or rename the ones you have. Names aren't case-sensitive.

Your calendar stays the source of truth

Status written back

Each row moves from Ready to Scheduled to Published in Notion, so your calendar shows what really went out.

Your time zone

The time in Publish at is used as written, so 9:00 means 9:00 where you planned it.

Images from the row

Up to 4 images from Media are attached to the post. Instagram and Pinterest rows need at least one.

Never posted twice

One row is one post. Setting a posted row to Ready again doesn't post it again; duplicate the row instead.

Clear reasons

A row that can't go out is marked Failed with the reason, like a caption over X's limit, so you fix it in Notion.

Only what you share

Fuxux reads the pages you pick on Notion's screen and edits only the status, link and note of rows it posted.

Notion FAQ

Can I schedule social media posts from Notion?

Yes. Connect Notion to Fuxux, pick your content calendar table and the accounts it posts to, and set a row's Status to Ready. Fuxux schedules it for the time in Publish at (or posts it right away if that's empty) and writes Scheduled, then Published, back to the row.

Which networks can a Notion row post to?

X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Instagram and Pinterest. You pick them per row in the Platforms column, and the row goes to the accounts you chose for that table in Fuxux. Instagram and Pinterest need an image in Media. X is on paid plans, because X charges for every post.

What columns does the table need?

Caption (text), Platforms (multi-select), Publish at (date with time) and Status (select or status, with a "Ready" option). Media, Fuxux link and Fuxux note are optional: images to attach, and where Fuxux writes the post's link and what happened. Column names aren't case-sensitive.

What can Fuxux see in my Notion workspace?

Only the pages you share with it on Notion's own screen when you connect. Fuxux asks to read and update content, nothing else: no access to other pages, members or email addresses. It only changes the Status, Fuxux link and Fuxux note of rows it posted. You can remove the connection in Notion at any time.

How fast is a Ready row picked up?

Tables are checked every 15 minutes on paid plans and every hour on the Free plan. A row with a future Publish at is scheduled for that time; a row with no date, or a date that has passed, goes out right away.

What if a row can't be posted?

Fuxux sets it to Failed and writes the reason in Fuxux note, for example a caption too long for X or an Instagram row without an image. Fix the row and set it to Ready again. A row that was already posted is never posted twice: duplicate it to post it again.

Is it free?

Yes, on the Free plan, with no card: 1 table, checked every hour, and its posts count toward the Free plan's 5 published posts a month. Paid plans have more tables (5 on Creator, 15 on Growth, 50 on Pro), unlimited posts and checks every 15 minutes.
